New Need help

i bought a f60 on ebay last week for 100$ it wont turn on by itself. when i plug in the power i get the system error 00000010 i can get it to usb link to my laptop. Windows recognizes it  calls it TOSHIBA mk6006GAH usb.

i installed gigabeat room3

iv tried the hot swap but its pointless becuase my comp. doesn't recognize it so i cant replace the firmware
none of my computers with xp will recognizes it enough for me to put something on it

im posting here becuase im tryin to put rockbox on the player if i can get windows to allow me to put the bootloader and such on the it
