Can I still purchase a sansa e250 V1? (was: Just to clarify...)

Hey guys, I just returned my sansa e250r and got my refund. I am now looking into getting a sansa e250. I wont need the rhapsody junk but I have a question.

If I go out and purchase a sansa e250, would that come as a V1 or a V2?

Because Sansa is so super-keen on repackaging their players in different boxes, and sometimes even in different cases, the only real way to tell is to verify the firmware version:

The V1 firmware is named 01.xx.xx, while the V2 firmware begins with 03. This version number can be retrieved under Settings->Info.

I bought my at www.buy.com for $39. It is refurbed and works great. They still have plenty.
