Rec meter problems on H120 remote

Is there a possible interaction with the "reduce ticking" setting for the iRiver remote? - I seem to remember it slows down the signalling.

Thanks Petur. The Reduce Ticking setting makes no difference. I've gone back to Mmmm's build and all works well. Thanks for recommending that Bug100.

Looking good so far on both h1xx and h3xx.  Seems a little more responsive actually, likely placebo effect!

Exactly, and I was going on amiconn being there as Peter being wrong, rather than a mix of the two.  I must say that I would find it a bit disconcerting to be addressed by my real name by strangers on a forum.  If I have chatted with people or have met them, fine.
