5G Apple iPod problems unintalling

i keep trying and ive looked at the forums but i dont know where any of these files are that people are talking about i tryd uninstalling from the rockbox app but it didnt work KELP :-X

The manual has links to help you get to all the files you need. Have you tried both installation methods in the manual? If so, what errors did each give you?
