« on: January 30, 2008, 08:08:00 PM »
im new to rockbox. so please put you wording in a way i could easily understand (sorry).

when i try to listen to some of my music, it loads up the song fine but instead of playing it, it boots me back to the select a song page.

could anyone tell me how to fix it so i can listen to ALL my music on rockbox.

thx you.

Are they DRMed?  If not, how did you encode them?

Where did you get the songs, and how did you put them on your player?

Windows Media Player has an option to "protect" songs. I'm not sure exactly what it's called. The option is usually on automatically unless you turn it off. Did you see this option, and do you know if it was on?

Please read our forum guidelines. We ask that you use real English words, not things like "thx".
