can not load rockbox.mi4

i've tried every single thing
and all i get is can not load rockbox.mi4
and can not load rockbox.h10
can any one help
i've gone through everything i have a h10 20gb

Could you tell me what steps you've taken so far? What instructions did you follow to install Rockbox, and what *exactly* did YOU do for each step (please try to describe in your own words, don't just say you followed the directions) so that hopefully we can figure out what you missed.
