Album Art issue

I am currently using a 30 GB iPod Video, with the current 30 GB iPod Video Rockbox Build, and the Black Glass AA theme (one of the few that works with the current standard build and supports album art.)

Problem: No album art appears.  In iTunes the files clearly show album art, and the rest of the id3 tags appear, yet no album art is shown.  What is the matter?

I have not; I didn't know about it nor can I find it, can you point me to it, please?

A search should've found it.

Mikerman:
1. Click on wiki at left, under Documentation.
2. Put in Albumart in the wiki search box.
3. Click on the Albumart result.

Everything you need should be there.
