ipod 5G harddrive constantly spinning

after i updated the firmware (to r16179), whenever a song starts playing, the hard drive is constantly moving and it never stops. After a while, the back starts to get rather hot. This never used to happened with the previous firmware.

Does this happen with anyone else?

Yes - it's a current bug with the ipod videos. There's already a thread about it.
