Video on Ipod with Rockbox

I read somewhere that Rockbox can get video capabilities on a device not originally compatible with videos. I'm using a Nano 1st gen, so I scanned the manual and didn't find anything. I came here and searched, but they all seemed to know half what they were doing, which would start me from the middle, or else they used a different device, not good. So my questions are:

1. Can I really get videos on my Nano 1st Gen?
2. If so, how?
