iPod 5G freezes after about 30 minutes of playing

Yes, very relevant.  We only support the rockbox bootloader.  Loader2 is not our software.  Rockbox relies on the bootloader to set up the hardware and if that is not done properly it can cause issues just like you are seeing.

The rockbox bootloader is also capable of booting iPod linux.

Uhhh...i didn't know this! Tonight i'll replace the bootloader and i will tell.
Thanks BigBambi

Updates:
Last night i've reinstalled the Rockbox bootloader succesfully.
This morning i've played stuff for 2 hours without a problem until i've skipped a song and TADAM!: same error :(
I've wrote the name of the song down, and after the reboot i've tried to play the same song but the problem didn't happen this time :(

Any ideas?

(:@):
I don't think you can do much to fix this problem. My h100 also crashes from time to time. It's not that often, but it happens. I think it is a thread problem, because the crashes are not reproducible and therefore hard to fix.

Cagnulein:
i've got another news: in these days it hangs 3 time and ALWAYS after skipping a song...Does this rings any bell to you?
