Sansa e200: Battery lifetime

hi guys
i used rockbox couple months ago and had major battery problems, i couldn't use it for more than 3 albums or so. i heard there was a problem with rockbox's battery usage at e200, so i went back to the original firmware..
time has past, and im really tired of the buggy OF. question is, has the battery lifetime increased in e200? or will be in the future?

Really?  I've been using Rockbox on my e200 since before audio support was in, and have never seen a build do much worse than 10 hours or so.  The linked builds are definitely better than that, but your experience sounds to be far out of the norm to me.

Rockbox does have shorter battery life at this point, but 3 albums is not normal- something is wrong with your setup. With the stock Rockbox build you should get at least 12 hours-14 hours depending on mixture of codecs used,  settings and usage pattern..
