crash playing music (iPod 5g)

i usually let iPod playing in a pair of speakers when i go to sleep

today, when i awake, my iPod stop playing with a message: "Undefined instruction as 00068d84 (0)"

what does that mean? how can i solve it?
of course, i was using Rockbox

Flick hold on then off, then hold menu + select to reboot.

ah yeah... sorry, i forgot

rebooting makes it works again


i want to know if is there a way to don't get it again
