"step 2" help?

I have successfully downloaded the bootloader. Now, I am having troubles with "step 2." Can anyone please walk me through this step by step? Basicly, Im looking at the "Step 2" screen right now, and I cant seem to figure it out.

I made the folder called "sansa"
then, i downloaded the file that they give me. It is not zipped (that i can see)
~this is basicly where I am stuck, any help?

Which step 2 screen?  Why did you make a folder called Sansa?  Which file that who gave you?  Which instructions are you following?

it is the step 2 screen after you download the bootloader for the rhapsody version.

How is "rhapsody-1.0.2.31.zip" not zipped?

Well, I just downloaded it and it is a perfectly valid zip file that unzips perfectly to give the correct file.  Perhaps your download got corrupted or you zip utility is rubbish?  Try downloading it again, and if not try opeing it with 7zip (www.7zip.org).
