Need help with the FM Radio (Sansa e260 R)

I currently have only one FM preset saved on my Sansa e260R but would like to add others.  However, I can only move from preset to preset.  I have read in the forum that the Rec button will switch between the Preset and Scan modes, but this doesn't seem to work for me.  I have used long and short presses, but it just stays in preset mode.  I would rather not do an Autoscan (I believe this adds all stations it can find and makes them presets) since there are only a few other stations I want to add.  Am I doing something wrong?  The manual (at least the online version) makes no mention of how to switch between Scan and Preset modes.  Thanks in advance for any and all help.

The H10 manual mentions it, but it's strangely absent from the Sansa version...

Thanks for the info.  For the Sansa, you must hold the Play/Pause button for a few seconds. I hope this gets added to the manual someday.

Because it is inside another "\opt" to exclude the whole line from some targets which don't have it* and which wasn't updated yet (same applies to the c200). "Long Up (or Play)" is right as bloodbath confirmed.

*) Actually, I'm only aware of one where this is not possible... the OndioFM simply doesn't have enough buttons to do the switch with a button combo and so you chose preset or scan mode from the radio menu.

If you're fine with it, I will do the small change myself and commit it now, although - as I stated in another thread - the radio chapter needs an overhaul in general.

I realize that Long-Up is the button that currently performs the function, my question was related to which one is it supposed to be.  It's possible that the keymap was wrong and the manual was right.

I just checked the manual to see what keys other players use for this function and there doesn't seem to be much consistency, although the iAudio does use a Long-Play...  Giving it more thought I think it makes sense to use that as well because if it's assigned to the Record button it'll pretty much be the only use of it in the main interface that isn't actually related to recording...

I'm not sure who added the patch to have the manual updated, but thanks.  I would have done it when Godeater first mentioned it, but wasn't sure how to do so.  Thanks again.
