Please Help Rockbox Has Taken Over My Player

I really need help on what to do now I installed the Rockbox build that was right before the one out now and for some strange reason when ever I try to boot into the original firmware it freezes on the "Sansa Rhapsody" screen. Does this mean now I can't use the USB again but for charging because everything in Rockbox runs fine. >:(

Also any help is appreciated! ;)

Did you read the manual? This page tells you how to get back into the original firmware.
