Please Help Rockbox Has Taken Over My Player

I really need help on what to do now I installed the Rockbox build that was right before the one out now and for some strange reason when ever I try to boot into the original firmware it freezes on the "Sansa Rhapsody" screen. Does this mean now I can't use the USB again but for charging because everything in Rockbox runs fine.

Also any help is appreciated!

Did you read the manual? This page tells you how to get back into the original firmware.
