RB Util doesn't "see" Sansa

I'm running Sansa FW vers. 03.01.11A. There isn't any way to change the PC connection. My PC *does* see the Sansa and I can explore its drive contect6s using Windows Explorer.
I'm trying to run the RB Util from last September. It doesn't find the Sansa. What to do?

You have a v2, and Rockbox doesn't work on those models yet.

Should the warning from the BuyersGuide and SansaE200 port wiki pages be put in the manual as well?
