Sansa e260 no FM-Tuner?

Hi there,

first of all, thanks for Rockbox, it's a really cool firmware!

I've installed it on my e280 and everything works perfect.


No i took my mother's e260 to install her rockbox, because she wants to have the fm-tuner (the original firmware doesn't have the fm menu), but after the installation of rockbox, there is no fm-tuner in the main-menu.

I've looked at the debug menu and it says that there is no HW detected.


What am I doing wrong? Or what should i do to have radio on the e260?

Please help me out! It makes me really sad for my mother.

Some european E200's had the fm tuner hardware, but with it disabled in the firmware.  Thus rockbox can enable it.  Some did not have the hardware at all, thus there is nothing rockbox can do.  It looks like she has one without the tuner hardware.
