Very few, and that is usually becuase they haven't been adapted yet or the hardware does not allow it (e.g. colour screen required).
There ar none for ipod only (that I can see or remember):

Generally speaking, plugins will not be compiled for certain targets for one of these reasons:
1) The hardware doesn't allow it to run on the target.
2) The plugin is old, and from before that target, and nobody has updated yet.
3) The plugin does something completely unnecessary for that target (for example, tools to convert playlist formats from the original firmware).
In the case of a game plugin, it should never be iPod specific. There isn't really a circumstance where something could run on the iPod, but no other players.
