Sansa e250 right arrow not correct

I have two Sansa e250's. One works great. The other has an issue with the right arrow key.

When playing a song, I normally expect to go to next song when clicking the right arrow key. one unit works fine the other resets the same song to beginning (like it was the left arrow key)

Both units fast forward and reverse correctly

Navigation thrugh the files etc is correct on both units.

I boot up with Sansa software and have same issue on problem unit with the right arrow key NOT going to next song but restating the current song. Same as rock box.

I  d/l the latest to disk and copied the whole .rockbox dir to my problem sansa. Said yes to overwrite everything.  STILL has issue with right arrow key.

Thoughts, hints, suggestions, etc ?
