My Iriver h10 20 gb doesnt in stall rockbox

When I go to the bootloader. I dont know where to find my H10 s0 gb. It doesnt show up in the My Computer area, although when I look at My Computer, it shows a picture of an mp3 player and says iriver h10 20GC.Help, please.

Sounds like it's connected in MTP mode, the installation chapter in the rockbox manual describes how to use the "UMS trick" to get it to connect in UMS mode (which is necessary to install the bootloader).
