error message connecting my Sansa e250 after rockboxing it

This isn't stopping me from using it but I get this message after rockboxing my E250R each time I connect.  Any ideas?

Are you connecting with the Sansa firmware or Rockbox?
What do you have USB Mode set to in the Sansa firmware?

clutch:
Both Powered down inserting cable and using the left arrow to power up booting sansa software give this error.  Just started immediately after the rockbox install.  

I'm not sure what mode but it what one has to use to connect to w2k.  I can't seem to find were I set that ages ago.

The USB Mode can be found in the Sansa firmware settings menu.  I haven't a clue if that information will actually help but it should be set to MSC/Rhapsody.
