Space requirements on a e250

AstroBoy:
An e250 has 2Gig, so not alot of free space.
How much space does rockbox need on a e250?

Also, is the video framerate the same with rockbox, or improved some?

Rockbox needs a few MB to install, and have a look at http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/PluginMpegplayer#Performance for video performance, although note that the last time the Sansa was tested was about 800 revisions ago so it may well be better than that.

Just a few, cool!  Much better than I assumed, or hoped.
The video frame rate is real good.  The default bios seems to do about 5-10 fps.  And the sound lags.  I had used the Sansa media converter to convert a DVD.  So it should have been real compatable.

So, can anyone recommend a video converter that will convert well for the Sansa e250?  Assume I have the RockBox firmware.  I do want to install it now.
