My Sandisk Sansa e250 is ruined!

Hey people. I tried to install rockbox on my sansa and it ended with that it just stays with the Sandisk logo when i turn it on! Nothing happends and i cant turn it off, i cant find it on my pc either. please help me.

Well, i followed the totuiral, and then it was done and the system refreshed and then it rebooted and THEN it didnt work.

There's the PDF manual. Do you mean that, or some other instructions?

The online thingy.. I could choose online, pdf and one other thing when i chose Sansa e250 as the mp4 player i wanted to install rockbox on.

So the online version of the manual? What *exactly* did you do then. If you do everything exactly as they're written, it works. So please describe in your own words, step by step, what you've done.

I pressed manual in the menu,
Then I chose Sansa e200,
Then I chose  the online manual,
Then I went to http://build.rockbox.org/,
Then I downloaded the rockbox.zip file,
Then I went to http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/SansaE200RInstallation,
I started with step one & two and downloaded the thingies,
Then I chose the e200-manufac-driver.zip as the driver,
And I think that I placed the things in the rockbox.zip file in the root of my sansa, I dont know exactly why, just did it,
Then I runned the pathcer, and it said something about that it found my sansa and something more,
Then I went here http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/SansaE200RInstallationFromWindows,
Downloaded the files and placed them where they should be,
Then I downloaded a build or something and extracted it to the root of my sansa,

Im really dumb, so I can have messed this up in many ways.. -_-'
