It's fairly easy. And no, I won't email you. This is a forum. If I email you, only you will have the answer, if I respond here everybody can see it.

If you browse the forums there are several that describe the process and one includes pictures posted by myself of the process.  It's better to browse the forums because chances are you'll learn more than you would if someone just emailed you.  I went with the 100 GB Toshiba, no problems and about half full already.
