Question on the e200 build.

Is it possible to code an option for volume/time/battery display to show on the bottom of the screen instead of the top?

Do you mean the statusbar? If so, then I'm sure it could be placed at the bottom, but the option does not currently exist. If you think it's a valuable option to have and you can't code it yourself, you will need to place a feature request into Flyspray (linked from sidebar)

If you are talking about the information displayed in the While Playing Screen (WPS) then it's easily done:
