X5 USB OTG - ALI M5636 vs M5637

Would the datasheet for ALI M5637 USB OTG IDE chip be useful for getting the M5636 chip in the X5 working?  They seem to share some functionality...

I've found the M5637 datasheet here - you can download after paying 200USD or uploading 5 c/java sources :-S
