Iriver H10 20 Gb wont boot the OF anymore, thus unable to connect to PC - PROBLE

THE PROBLEM DESCRIBED BELLOW solved by first connecting the USB cable and then booting in the emergency mode.



After 2 weeks of using Rockbox, the H10 player does not boot the OF which seems to be essential for connecting the player to PC.
After doing the UMS trick (the same that is supposed to load the OF) it says the following:

Trying /System/OF.mi4
Can't load /System/OF.mi4

After several attempts, once I got the Iriver screen telling me to use the "Recovery tool" with the player. But this tool, as well as reinstallation of rockbox or OF, requires the player to be connected to the PC.
The Rockbox works fine, I can play everything, only the database does not work.

What can I do?
