Trying to RB e260

So I'm trying to rockbox my e260, and am for some reason that I cannot figure out, being totally unsuccessful. I've done this before, with the same model actually (the battery was defective, I sent it back and this is the next one they sent me) and it worked out fine. I'm pretty sure it is NOT the rhapsody model, but what is an easy way to confirm this (It's a refurb player from woot, so I have no box or documentation)?

The utility cannot detect my sansa for some reason, so I manually select it. When I try to install the bootloader, it just says "installation failed," and same thing for when I try to install rockbox. I tried manually installing - just extracting the current build onto my player. That seemed to work, but rockbox wont run - the OF boots when i disconnect and turn on the player. I can't seem to figure out what I'm doing wrong! If anyone can help me, please let me know. Also if I left out any necessary info, lmk and I'll add it asap.

Um, nevermind. I ran the utility again and it worked for some bizarre reason. O.o

FWIW-

In the sansa firmware you can go to Settings > Info and it will tell you exactly what model it is.
