Display "A to Z" option above list of artist names in submenu simultaneously?

Would it be possible for the submenus in the Database to display A to Z (click to select this submenu) as well as individual artists' names?  For example, clicking on Artists from the Database would show the following:

A to Z
AC/DC
Aerosmith
Black Sabbath
Cream
Derek & the Dominos

Selecting A to Z brings you to the A to Z menu, but selecting AC/DC brings you to a list of albums.  Is this even possible??  I've been playing around with the tagnavi_custom file in the Simulator and searching the forums but no luck with either.

I don't think you can do this with tagnavi.  If you want a menu to have a list of artists, thats all it can have in it.
