things missing in the extra section

I think it would be handy to include the midi patchset link and the rbutil link in the extra-download section.
Is there a particular reason why they are not included yet?

I can't speak for the MIDI stuff - but the theory behind not having rbutil directly downloadable from the site is to make sure our prospective users have read the manual before they dive in and start using it. So in order to find the link to it, they have to have downloaded and read the manual.

I don't think we really want bug reports on MIDI since it's not "done" yet, and the "extras" page is more for things that are ready for consumption, than things that are still moderately early in development.

At least last time I checked, MIDI had readily apparent problems that we'd probably get bug reports on every now and then despite any warnings we put up that it wasn't ready for use.
