VIEWPORTS (and why they're sexy)

If anyone wants to get an example to play around with I fixed up the KratoJet viewports theme and added my own on the Sansa e200 WPS page.

I knew i was saying it wrong. What I meant was with the left margin tag get removed? %m|x|

I think the idea is to keep backwards compatibility, so yeah, the old tags should continue to work, but the left margin tag is pointless inside of a viewport.
