Sansa e200 series version 2 plans?

Just received a Sansa e260 version 2 and I'd love to run Rockbox on it. Are there any plans to port Rockbox to the Sansa e200 version 2 series?

There is a thread on this in the New Ports section; however, there is no "plan" per se. Ports are done by those who want it and those who own the players. So, please, jump in and help the porting effort!
