E250 - music folder is hidden from rockbox file menu

Bought a e250 refurb from buy.com The back cover write e250r  but I believe its not an R version. I installed rockbox with no problems but it seems from the rockbox  file menu some directories are hidden. I changed the attributes but after running the original firmware they are changed back to hidden. How do I fix this problem.

1) This isn't an installation question. The guidelines say rather clearly that once Rockbox boots, your question doesn't belong here.

2) We can't make the OF stop doing crazy things. You'll basically just have to accept what it does until we have our own USB mode.
