how to go to iPL screen?

how can i go to the iPL screen when rockbox shows up when i start up my iPod(5.5g)?(sometimes i have to go to the iPL screen for wikipodia and iboy.)
i know that there is a way to go to the iPL screen, but i don't like the idea of having to select rockbox everytime when i start up my iPod.
so is there a way to have rockbox pop-up everytime i start up the ipod and still be able to go to the iPL screen?

We only support the official Rockbox bootloader in these forums.  Please note the following from the "POSTING IN THIS FORUM" sticky thread:
