Drive space in My Computer Question

I just Rockboxed my Gigabeat F40. When I click the properties in My Computer it is telling me the total capacity of the drive is 37.2GB.

I swear when I had the original firmware, it used to say at least 39GB of total capacity. What gives??

40 000 000 000 bytes = 37.252903 gigabytes
