Walmart dot com new e200 v1 - Rockbox works great.

Just got a new Sansa e250 for Christmas ordered from Walmart dot com.  I was pretty much resigned to it being a v2 and incompatible with Rockbox, but to my great surprise and delight it's a v1.  Rockbox installed quickly and easily and runs fine.  Getting used to the UI, but it really adds lots of functionality, including the two things I wanted most of all - Bookmarks and OGG support.
Kudos to all the developers who worked on Rockbox for the e200 series.  Well done, all.  Hope you all had a merry Christmas, and warmest wishes for the New Year to all!

Same thing with me, I got my e270 in today and I am enjoying rockbox, been fiddling around with the Equalizer and will most likely mess around with just about everything else seeing as roxkbox adds so much to the mp3 player.

Just want to add my thanks to the people that made this version possible.
