Viewers not working

hi,
i have a 5g 30gb ipod and when i got to open game boy games or text files it only comes up with the context menu.if i go into the open with option in the context menu it comes up with "can't open .rockbox/rocks/(heaps of little squares)"
does anyone know what might be causing this?

Sounds like your rockbox.zip wasn't expanded to your iPod drive properly.

If you connect the iPod to your PC and then use Explorer to browse to the .rockbox/rocks directory - what do you see in there ?

thanks for your help. i had to restore my ipod anyway then i just reinstalled rockbox. it works now. thanks again
