Access config in rockboy

Sorry if this has all ready been posted, but I did try searching. Anyway, the question is: how can I get to the configuration screen or file with an Ipod 5th gen. I keep reading posts that have people saying they changed frame skipping and disabled sound. I'd like to try these tweaks in order to gain the performance boosts. Thanks in advance.

It says to "long" select. Select would be the center button, right? About how long should i hold it. I tried for a half minute and nothing happened.

I still can't figure this out. I have tried every button combination i can and for minutes and minutes with each. Can anyone with an iPod 5.5th gen. tell me how to open the configuration for rockboy? I am doing this all with a rom loaded (in-game) by the way.

Click the Hold switch ON to access the Rockboy menu on any iPod model.

I don't use Rockboy, but if this is accurate, then the manual needs to be corrected.
