Problem uninstalling bootloader
« on: December 21, 2007, 09:44:37 PM »
I'm using the RockboxUtility. When I uninstalled rockbox, it worked fine. But when I try to uninstall the bootloader, it looks for the sansa but says it can't find it. Help? It may be relevant to know that my player is an e250R.

Just download the original Sansa firmware, name it pp5022.mi4 and put it in the root. That will override the rockbox bootloader with the OF.

For the R series, go to Sandisk's site, the download page, Sansa firmware updater, and then manually for the R series.

Make sure you are in MSC mode, and then copy it over, and then disconnect it and boot into the original firmware by holding <<
