ipodpatcher can't find iPod class (was: A big problem!!!!!! need help!!)

So when i run ipodpatcher then allways comes:

    [info]scanning disc .....
    [err]no ipods found, aborting
    [err]please connect you ipod and ensure it is in disk mode
    [err]please refer to the rockbox manual if you continue to have problems

    press enter to exit ipodpatcher:


What muast i do??
my ipod is connectet an in the disk mode!!

Does your iPod show up in the "mycomputer" window?
Can you see files in your ipod from the "explorer"?
Does the ipod appear in the "disk manager"?

i dont know what you mean with the 3rd!!!
