So i've tried to install the jClix theme (http://pijulius.blogspot.com/2006/08/jclix-rockbox-themes-ipod-video.html#links) on rockbox, I've installed all except the patch files, what do i do with them? (where do i place them?)

you should ask around the unsupported section

You need to contact the author directly via his blogspot site, as linked above.

The Rockbox site does not provide support for custom builds except by their respective authors in the Unsupported Builds forum.

The jClix build, however, was withdrawn from that forum some time back as it was no longer required.
