Yes, that means it's booting into recovery mode.

But I've been holding it since then and it hasn't displayed Recovery Mode. :/

What has happened? If nothing is happening, you should just disconnect and try again.

My computer said it's found a new USB device, but the LCD screen on my e260 has displayed nothing.

OK, try going to Device Manager, under libusb-win32 Devices, uninstall the one there, then go right-click Universal Serial Bus controllers and select "Scan for hardware changes"

After uninstalling the USB device under Lsbusb and scanning USB controllers, it prompted me to instal a new USB device and placed a USB device with an explenation mark under Lsbusb.

OK, like I said, try disconnecting, reconnecting, and starting again (my gosh! It's much easier when you're actually with the person rather than trying to just talk online, wouldn't you say?)

Don't really know how to explain this, but when I put in the code to write the stuff to my e260, it copies the message tons of times, shows the instructions for how to use e260tool, and then opens 3 note pad documents saying ti couldn't find the word "done!".

Make sure you enter the command correctly, make sure you downloaded e200tool correctly (re-download if necessary), and make sure you only use one command prompt.

It still won't display Recover Mode. I've tried rebooting my computer, but it still ends on "Execution started!" without doing anything.

Try redownloading a copy of the bootloader and correctly naming it.

Ok, I finally got that to work, but the Sandisk loading screen was covered with blue dots and the Recovery Mode never showed up.
