OF won't boot

Ronstoppable:
Ipod 5g - For some reason I can not boot to Apple's OF. I've tried booting with the hold button along with holding the menu button. Any reason this would happen?

I believe this is my version: r15930-071214

Chronon:
Did it once work and then stopped working?  How does it fail?  What exactly happens when you do those two things?
