Database Entry Multiplications

Ronstoppable:
During the course of testing themes and multiple connections/disconnections, my database is showing multiple entries for most all of my music files. Any possible explanation/remedy for this?

Chronon:
1)   Did the locations of your files change?  Run Disktidy and then reinitialize your database.
