How to add songs to Rockbox?

Hi everyone, im new here and im not even sure if this is in the right section. But I just installed Rockbox but I am not sure how to play my songs without playing the little 2 second clips that come with the ipod?

You can just drag and drop your songs onto the ipod.  Or, you can use iTunes, but if you do so, you'll need to browse them using Rockbox's database.  Read the "Browsing and Playing" chapter of the Manual for more information.
