Can I use Apple OS after installation? (was: I need a little verification)

Ok, I'm new to the whole "hack your iPod" stuff and I want to know one thing before I install Rockbox. That is    Will I be able to access the Apple OS after installation

You know just incase it crashes or I dont like it or whatever. Just so I know my 350 iPod is safe in case Rockbox doesn't work or whatever. Thanks!

Rockbox has a very high success rate (I'd say pretty much 100%) and most of the problems that arise are from careless users who don't follow the very in-depth manual.

Yes, you can access the original firmware if you install rockbox.

To install, go ahead and follow the manual's install directions.

After you have installed rockbox, lock the hold button while bootig and the bootloader will start the OF.
