missing packet start code prefix:5555

I get this when I try to open a video file. Only this message and a black screen. I saw other post about something similar, but what helped them doesn't work for me. I'm using the last build for my sansa e200, file are .mpg, and i used VLC to transcode it. I tried winff, the movie starts, but the sound is delayed.
