Overclocking video ipod

Of course I couldn't Keep out in the settings, does it hurt the video ipod to run at 80 mhz? and what are the 1-5 options

Yes. Your battery will drain much faster than it would if you left Rockbox to control the frequency of the CPU.

grossaffe:
overclocking on an mp3 playing device just isn't worth it.

Its not overclocking, you're just disabling CPU frequency scaling.
