Of course I couldn't Keep out in the settings, does it hurt the video ipod to run at 80 mhz? and what are the 1-5 options

Yes. Your battery will drain much faster than it would if you left Rockbox to control the frequency of the CPU.

Its not overclocking, you're just disabling CPU frequency scaling.
